Order Modifications & Cancellations 

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

We do not typically accept changes to an order once it is placed. However, if you contact us within 24 hours, we may be able to modify the order details or delivery address. Please note that any such changes are made at the sole discretion of Mother Sparsh.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. To request a cancellation, please email us at contact@mothersparsh.com or call us on 18001213694 Be ready to provide your name, order number, order date, and mobile number. Our team ( Available from Monday to Saturday, 10am - 6pm) will contact you to confirm the cancellation.

 

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

 

When and how will I get my refund?

Once your cancellation is confirmed, the refund is credited back to your original mode of payment. This process generally takes 5-7 working days, depending on your bank or payment gateway's processing time.

You will receive an email from us confirming that the refund has been processed. You can review your bank statement accordingly.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

 

General Returns & Exchanges

Once a product has been delivered to you as per the original order, it is not eligible for a return or exchange. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before purchasing. As our products are related to baby care and hygiene, returns or exchanges are not possible to ensure the safety and hygiene of the items delivered.

Policy on Damaged or Defective Items

We stand by the quality of our products. In the event you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or that was damaged in transit, we will facilitate an exchange. Please follow these steps:

  • Reporting Window: Any concern regarding a manufacturing defect or package damage must be reported to our customer service team on the same day of delivery
  • Proof of Damage: To help us resolve your issue quickly, you must provide an unboxing video or clear photographs of the damaged/defective product and its packaging.
  • Reject Tampered Packages: Our products are shipped in standard boxes with Mother Sparsh branding and tape. If your package appears tampered with upon arrival, please reject the delivery. We cannot address complaints for tampered packages after they have been accepted.

Policy on Missing Items

We make every effort to ensure that all products are accurately packed and dispatched as per the order placed by the customer. However, in rare cases, due to unforeseen technical issues or human error during the packing or shipping process, a product may unintentionally go missing from the shipment.In such situations, we are committed to assisting you with the resolution process as quickly as possible. To help us investigate and resolve the concern efficiently, we request you to kindly follow the guidelines mentioned below:

  • Reporting Window: Any missing item concern must be reported to our Customer Support team within 24 hours of delivery. Concerns raised beyond the specified timeline may not be eligible for investigation or resolution.
  • Proof of Missing: To help us verify and resolve your issue quickly, it is mandatory to provide a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video of the delivered package from the moment the package is opened. The video must clearly show the delivered products, outer packaging, shipping label, and invoice visible throughout the recording.

Out of Stock Items

 

What if a product I ordered is out of stock?

All products displayed on our website are in stock. In the rare event that an item you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you within 72 hours. You will have the option to cancel the order for an immediate refund.
