At Mother Sparsh, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely across India.
Shipping Charges
- A standard shipping fee of ₹99/- is applicable on orders below ₹299/-.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional fee of ₹69/- applies.
- Orders above ₹3000/- are accepted only on prepaid basis (COD not available).
Order Processing
- Orders placed after Saturday 5:00 PM will be processed for shipment on the following Monday or the next working day.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (based on the contact information shared at checkout).
Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your delivery location (metro vs. non-metro, state-to-state).
- Delivery estimates are calculated on working days only (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

- While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, government restrictions, or high order volumes during peak festive or promotional periods.
- Your contact details (including WhatsApp) are used strictly for order-related communication and are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
